Dr. Young-Hwa Kim
Founder and CEO HDM, Inventor of SuperFabric®

Dr. Kim holds a Ph.D in Physics from UCLA, as well as several US Patents. Prior to inventing SuperFabric®, he was employed as a Research Physicist at MN Mining & Manufacturing (3M); later founding and overseeing a technology think tank and consulting company in St. Paul, MN.
Recognizing that SuperFabric® brand material has huge commercial applications, Dr. Kim introduced a new method for low-cost mass production of SuperFabric®. In 1997, Dr. Kim received a Certificate of Commendation from the Governor of the State of Minnesota for the invention of SuperFabric®.
Since 1996, Dr. Kim has led efforts to hire personnel with proven experience and capability for both product development and mass production of products made with SuperFabric® brand material. Through his in-depth knowledge and promotion of SuperFabric®, Dr. Kim has raised millions of dollars, and built relationships with business leaders in the United States, Japan, and Singapore for financing and marketing of existing and future products made with SuperFabric®.
